Greg Capullo is an artist at the top of his game, working beautifully with Snyder’s epic Batman canvas. If you want somewhere to start with Batman, or have been a lifelong fan, their Gotham is a great place to start.
Volumes one through nine are available in hardback with the final volume out in paperback in December.
If you like Snyder’s Batman I’d recommend going back to his previous Batman work with ‘The Black Mirror’ and ‘Gates of Gotham’ before checking out his new series ‘All Star Batman’. Meanwhile Greg Capullo can be found crafting a creator owned comic with Mark Millar called ‘Reborn’ which is due to be released next month.
