Returns Policy

In-Store Purchases

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

However, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you’re entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair if the item is:

• Faulty or damaged
• Not as described
• Not fit for purpose

Time limits:

• 30 days for a full refund
• Up to 6 months for repair, replacement, or partial refund

Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase.

Online Purchases

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can:

• Cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it
• Return the item within 14 days of cancellation
• Receive a full refund, including standard delivery costs

To qualify:

• Items must be in original condition
• Sealed items must remain unopened

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Digital Products

Digital comics, graphic novels, and eBooks are non-refundable once downloaded.

By purchasing, you agree to waive your 14-day cancellation rights.

Exceptions

• No returns on opened sealed items, unless faulty
• No refunds on personalised or custom items
• Refunds are made to the original payment method only
